This page sets out the rules and basic terms that govern your use of Kahuna. It explains our relationship with players, what we expect from accounts and activity on the site, and how we handle deposits, withdrawals, promotions and disputes. By using the platform you agree to follow these rules and any applicable local laws in Canada.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details and keeping your login credentials secure. Only natural persons may hold an account and you must not allow others to use your account. We may require identity verification at any time - for example a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and evidence of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents can delay or block withdrawals and may lead to account suspension or closure.

Eligibility requirements

To open an account you must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal gambling age in your province, whichever is higher. Residents of jurisdictions where Kahuna does not accept players are not eligible to register. One account per person, household and billing instrument is permitted. Using VPNs or other means to hide your true location is not allowed and may result in account restrictions.

Acceptable platform use

Use the platform lawfully and as intended. Prohibited activity includes multi-accounting, collusion, the use of automated bots, chargebacks, creating false identities, or attempting to manipulate game outcomes or bonus mechanics. We monitor activity for irregular patterns and reserve the right to void wagers, seize funds or close accounts where misuse is detected.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions are subject to specific terms shown on the offer page. As a general rule, match bonuses commonly carry wagering requirements (for example 30x deposit + bonus), and only eligible games count at full value toward the rollover. Some game types may be excluded or contribute at reduced rates. A maximum bet limit applies while bonus funds are active. Expired or unplayed bonus funds and free spins are forfeited. Abuse of promotions may result in bonus reversal and account action.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept a range of payment methods suitable for Canadian players including Interac, Visa, Mastercard, e-wallets and certain cryptocurrencies. Minimum deposit amounts typically start at CA$10. Withdrawals may have minimums (for example around CA$100) and processing times depend on the method - e-wallets and crypto are usually fastest while cards and bank transfers can take several business days. We do not control fees charged by your bank or card issuer. Withdrawals will normally be returned to the original payment method where possible and are subject to verification checks and any applicable account limits.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts and to amend product availability as required to meet legal or operational requirements.
